I have a crappy Syncophonic fender copy that I purchased for 70 dollars…..It is my worst out of 7 guitars and I recently took it apart. I was wondering if I kept the head and the neck and got all new parts that Fenders got, If I could make it pretty much a Custom Fender, and also custom paint it….

Of course not. You’re not a Fender employee in a Fender plant using neither Fender tools nor materials…need I go on?. Furthermore, by the time you add up what this will cost, you could probably buy two REAL Fenders. Go buy a used one if you’re intent on saving bucks.
